models. These models are designed to offer organisations the option of
purchasing the
Prism Software Range in the manner that best
suits the organisations buying criteria or project requirement.
Purchasing Models Available:

Outright Purchase - with 12 months support contract.

Project Licences - 30 day minimum subscription period
includes support for duration purchased (Subscriptions can be for any
period above 30 days but must be a minimum value of £400.00) Project
Licences can be upgraded to a full licence and will be reduced by 90% of the
total cost of the projects licences paid for and the outright purchase
price).

Volume Licensing - is available for organisations wishing to
purchase licences over a specified period at a specified rate. This type
of licensing agreement is useful for organisations wishing to do a
staged implementation over many sites/countries (with 12 months support
contract)

Educational Pricing is available for both outright purchase
and volume licences.

where licences are sold as Technology Site Licence (see below), all
Licences are Priced Per PC (Each PC that has the Prism Client Installed
